We want you to feel utterly enchanted with your purchase. Unworn, unopened items in original archival packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety standards, nail sets whose vacuum security seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Every piece undergoes meticulous inspection before departing our studio. In the unlikely event an item is damaged during transit, please photograph the outer parcel and damaged piece, and contact support@vellorafashion.lk within 48 hours for an expedited replacement.
