For health and cosmetic safety standards, press-on nail sets whose tamper-evident vacuum seal has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened sets with security seals fully intact, unworn garments, and unmounted prints are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Every piece undergoes strict quality inspection before departing our studio. If an item arrives damaged or defective in transit, photograph the parcel and message us within 48 hours for an expedited complimentary replacement.
